The faith community of imagine this LLC, recognized that there can be a great deal of financial burden during the holiday season. We felt it was important enough to create a ministry that would greatly reduce one of those areas a financial burden.

With the help of community members and area businesses we create environments that children can express themselves through gift giving without overburdening the parents already stretched holiday budget. We underwrite and provide quality gift items that a child can purchase and give to family members at a purchase price of $2.00 and under for each item. This simple ministry allows a child to enter into the true meaning of Christmas, giving, while preserving the family’s budget.

It is important to note that this is not a fundraiser. It is another way that we can meet the needs of our friends and neighbors. So if you want your child to feel great holiday spirit join us this year for Kids Shop for Christmas

Members of the Church will be personal shoppers to help the children that need help.  We will also have lots of people helping the kids wrap the presents.  Send the kids with a list of names and an amt. you will allow them to spend and we will help them do that.

We are having this event the same time the Grand Ledge downtown businesses are having a special shopping day for adults.  We are working together so that adults can shop downtown while the kids are shopping at the Church.  We will put a kids Christmas movie on downstairs and we’ll entertain them until you return to check them out.
